c. Feedback: If you provide any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the POS system, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services.

1. Limitations of Liability a. Disclaimer: The Signature Dish POS system is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties or representations, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the POS system will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the POS system, including any violation of these Terms.

c. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the POS system, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Signature Dish POS system at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the POS system will cease, and you must immediately discontinue its use and delete any copies of the software in your possession.
